So you screwed up your marriage and now you want your wife back. I have to admit that I admire a person who can accept his/her fault. You admit it’s your fault, right? Otherwise, you won’t be reading this article. Is there a way to get your wife back in your arms again? There sure is!

To get your wife back you need to know the meaning of humility. Humility is a disposition to be humble. This simply means that you have to swallow your pride and bow your head figuratively. I am not asking you to go on your knees and beg her forgiveness, but frankly, that might work, too.

When saying sorry to your wife, you have to realize that you are lucky enough that she allowed you to speak to her. So listen to her speak. I mean really listen to her. Do not interrupt her or argue with her. Remember, you are the one at fault here. So, let her speak her mind and you better absorb everything.

Suffice it to say, when you are in speaking terms with your wife again, never belittle her feelings or the issues that broke your marriage apart. Clearly, it is not a small issue since it can cost you your marriage.

The next thing that you have to do is to convince your wife that you are willing to change. The only way you can convince her to change is through action. For example, if you had issues with drugs and alcohol before, go into rehab and get rid of these bad habits first before you apologize to your wife. Your actions will convince her that you are indeed sincere in your words.

You have to remember your faults. Your old self is really no good to make this marriage last. You need to change yourself for the sake of your marriage. Believe me, there is no other way to save your marriage. You have to ask for forgiveness and change your old ways.
