The first exercise for you to do is as follows. Stick you tongue out as far as possible, then try to touch your nose and then your chin using your tongue. Then move your tongue and stretch is over to the left and then to the right. If you do each of these movements, that is counted as one repetition. You should look to do at least ten to twenty of these each day.

The second exercise will strengthen your throat muscles to prevent snoring. You simply need to smile wide and hold the pose for ten seconds, repeating several times throughout the day.

Lat of all you should open you mouth wide and hold the pose for ten seconds again. Once more, do this at least ten times each and every day. As a result you will again see a tightening and toning of your throat as well as a tightening of you jaw.
