What To Do When You Have Angular Cheilitis
Bart Icles, March 2nd, 2010 Angular cheilits are basically lesions in the corners of you mouth. It is painful, sometimes cracked and even bleeds in some cases. It is believed to be caused by nutritional deficiencies in Vitamin B, Iron or Zinc. Improper diet and incomplete nutrition of those nutrients is one to get easily infected by bacteria or fungi that trigger angular cheilitis. Old people are also affected because loss of teeth brings about over closure of the mouth.
